Inside HyperCloud

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about starting prices, the Project Cart, communication, ownership and the way a HyperCloud engagement begins.

01What does a “From” price include?

It is the published starting investment for the baseline scope described on that service or package page. Content volume, integrations, migration, custom requirements, timing and third-party costs can change the final scope.

02Does submitting the Project Cart take payment?

No. The Project Cart sends a request for review. A manager confirms the final scope and handles any proposal, agreement or payment link separately.

03Can services and packages be combined?

Yes. Add the capabilities that support the same business outcome. A manager will review overlaps and can recommend a simpler or more useful combination before final scope.

04Do I need a complete project brief?

No. For a Project Cart request, your name, work email, US phone number and selected item are enough. Company details, goals, requirements, budget, timing, message and files are optional.

05What happens after I send a request?

You receive an automatic confirmation. A manager reviews the selection and available context, then follows up directly to clarify fit, scope, timing and the next step.

06Will status updates be sent automatically?

Only the initial confirmation is automatic. Further project communication comes directly from the manager responsible for the request.

07Who owns the finished work?

Ownership, usage rights, source files and third-party licensing are defined in the final proposal or agreement. The terms depend on the deliverables and any external tools or assets involved.

08Can HyperCloud work with existing assets or systems?

Yes. We review the condition, compatibility and ownership of existing brand files, websites, content, platforms or data before confirming how they fit the new scope.
